Snatch ’Em Up Now
If they weren’t already drafted in your league, these guys will be hot commodities on the wire this week.

QB
Quarterbacks

North Texas logo
Tayven Jackson
North Texas
Outside of the Indiana matchup (understandable), this entire North Texas offense has been elite, scoring at least 35 points in each of the last four games, with a passing offense that now ranks 5th nationally in yards per game through the air (340.0). Jackson has now scored 24 or more fantasy points in three of his last four games, and would have been all four if he had played the entirety of the matchup with Houston Christian. Jackson gets a matchup this week with lowly Charlotte who looks like has already given up on the 2026 season.

RB
Running Backs

Liberty logo
Kam Davis
Liberty
This Liberty coaching staff always seems to settle on a featured B-Back, even if it takes a few weeks for that player to emerge. Davis has firmly taken control of the role, rushing for more than 300 yards over the last two weeks while averaging better than seven yards per carry on the season. As we noted on Twitter, Davis is also on track to become the third consecutive ACC transfer to finish as Liberty’s leading rusher, following Evan Dickens and Quinton Cooley.

WR
Wide Receivers

Utah State logo
Eli Wood
Utah State
Wood is the unquestioned alpha in the Utah State receiver room, commanding an elite 32% target share while accounting for half of the Aggies’ receiving touchdowns (4) this season. The gap between Wood and the rest of the room is substantial – he has 30 receptions, while no other Utah State wideout has more than nine. He’s also topped 17 fantasy points in every game but one, with the lone exception coming against Utah, the toughest defense on the Aggies’ schedule.

TE
Tight Ends

Oregon State logo
Eric Olsen
Oregon State
Anyone’s preseason CFF Bingo card have Oregon State as the team’s best passing offense in the nation through five games? Probably a good idea to have the starting tight end for a team that is averaging 377 yards per game through the air. Olsen reeled in a pair of touchdowns Saturday in the blowout win over Colorado State but also caught nine passes on 10 targets. Production and volume is tough to come by at the tight end position in CFF.
