  • After scoring a TD in each of the first three games of the year, Maryland RB Roman Hembry has not scored a TD in four straight games and is averaging 42.8 rushing yards throughout that stretch.
  • Wake Forest has scored 16 or fewer points in three consecutive games.  QB Mitch Griffis has thown 1 TD pass in the last three games after totaling 8 TD passes in the first three games.
  • Virginia Tech WR Jaylin Lane posted his first 100-yard receiving game of the season on Saturday and has now scored in four of six games played this year.
  • Oklahoma State RB Ollie Gordon II posted his third consecutive 100-yard rushing game in the Cowboys’ win over Kansas.  Gordon also added 116 receiving yards to his total numbers, and he has now scored in four of six games this year.
  • Washington QB Michael Penix Jr. has thrown at least 4 TD passes in four of six games this year.
  • Florida TE Arlis Boardingham has caught a TD pass in three of the Gators’ last four games.
  • How do Jayden de Laura and Michael Wiley regain their starting spots in the Arizona offense?

  • Kansas State RB DJ Giddens’ 30-207-4 performance three weeks ago feels like Fool’s Gold now.  Freshman QB Avery Johnson replaced injured starter Will Howard and ran for 5 TDs in the Wildcats’ 38-21 win at Texas Tech.
  • Texas Tech QB Behren Morton left Saturday’s game against Kansas State with an injury and was replaced by freshman Jake Strong, who finished 15-of-28 for 173 and a TD, but he did throw 3 INTs.
