Snatch ’Em Up Now
If they weren’t already drafted in your league, these guys will be hot commodities on the wire this week.
QB

Jackson Gutierrez
Navy
50 fantasy points in consecutive games. Enough said. Navy plays Notre Dame in two weeks, but that is the only unplayable matchup for Gutierrez the remainder of the season.

Evan Medders
Air Force
Medders was solid in his first start against Northern Illinois two weeks ago, but we were somewhat cautious given the state of the NIU defense at the moment. Medders followed that up with a 34-point performance against UNLV with 151 yards on the ground and three rushing scores. Doesn’t appear that the Air Force offense is skipping a beat without Liam Szarka.

Messiah Burch
Buffalo
Four-straight 100-yard rushing performances, yet still just 19% owned on Fantrax. We thought this was primarily due to injury, but even with James McNeil back in the lineup, we’ve seen consistent rush volume of 26, 23, 17 and most recently 28 rushing attempts against UMass on Saturday. Burch gets a premiere matchup this week against the worst run D in the MAC with Bowling Green.

Oran Singleton
Tulsa
Singleton has now topped 20 fantasy points in three consecutive games, backed by remarkably consistent target volume. He’s seen eight targets in three of his last four contests, with the lone exception being a monster performance against North Texas, where he hauled in 11 receptions on a season-high 17 targets.

Joshua Long
Eastern Michigan
Target volume continues to rise for Long with the absence of Nick Devereaux, now with 21 receptions on 25 targets over the last three weeks, coming off a 7-81-1 performance against Toledo on Saturday. 20+ fantasy points in back-to-back games.
Worth A Look
A preview of another player featured in the complete Week 7 Waiver Wire.

Rodshaun Dorsey
Georgia State
Dorsey now has seven touchdowns over the last four games. The only reason Dorsey isn’t higher on this list is we’d like the target volume to be a bit higher, averaging just under five targets per contest. But touchdowns = fantasy points and Dorsey has caught a TD on 33% of his receptions this season.
Longshots
One deeper waiver-wire option from the complete Week 7 report.

Tre Wisner
Florida State
Wisner will likely step into the starting role moving forward for the Seminoles with Ousmane Kromah being carted off the field against Miami. FSU is on bye this week but then faces two mid-tier run defenses in the ACC in Clemson and Boston College.
